Blueberry Frozen Yogurt Bars

Ingredients
2 cups Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
2 scoops vanilla protein powder low sugar/low carb
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1-3 tbsp Stevia in the raw if desired for additional sweetness
I told you that I was on a healthy Popsicle mission…so here we go with yet another yummy creation!
Again, super easy to make and minimal time required!
Gather all ingredients. Pour all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well with a large mixing spoon.
Take a fork or spoon and “mash” at least half of the blueberries in the mixture.
Carefully pour or scoop into individual popsicle slots in container. Leave at least 1/4 inch of space without mixture in order to prevent overflow!
Freeze for at least 4 hours. Run the container under hot running water for about 10-20 seconds in order to pull handle out of the container.
ENJOY a guilt free snack!!!!!
