My name is Sarah and I am a proud mother who is extremely passionate about educating others on the healthy balance between Exercise, Nutrition, and Time with their Family. I enjoy helping others reach their goals, but more importantly, helping them instill healthy habits in their children. I became an Certified Personal Trainer at age 19, and graduated from OSU with a degree in an Exercise Physiology. I became a Clinical Cardiac Exercise Physiologist for 9 years, but currently work full-time as an Online Exercise Physiologist and a Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I specialize in teaching Macronutrient Balance through Low Glycemic Nutrition.

Over the past 18 years, I have worked with athletes, children, elderly individuals, individuals struggling from autism, fibromyalgia, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), obesity, diabetes, chronic fatigue syndrome, cardiac bypass recovery, and many more. I have learned so much in my time as a trainer/nutritionist and love educating others in order for them to find their healthy balance in life. Not only do I have such a strong desire to bring health and wellness to as many families as possible, but I would like to help parents gain more time with their children. I am a single mother and entrepreneur who is on a mission to bring families closer together through health and quality time.
