Strawberries and Cream Protein Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/3 cup 10 grain Oats Bob's Red Mill
1 cup water
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder low sugar/carb
1/4 cup non fat plain greek yogurt
1/4-1/2 cup Strawberries diced
1/2 tsp Stevia in the raw
I am on a mission to create as many oatmeal flavor combinations as possible. Of course, I will keep them all low glycemic. Here is the recipe I created this morning for my handsome hunk of a boyfriend:
Microwave 1/3 cup of 10 grain oats (Bob’s Red Mill) and 1 cup of water for 3 1/2 minutes.
Chop/dice up strawberries to your desired size and mix with 1/2 cup stevia in the raw.
Add almond milk and 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder to oatmeal and mix well with a spoon (additional almond milk if you would like a “runnier” texture.
Mix 1/2 strawberries in with the oatmeal.
Add the rest of the strawberries to the top of oatmeal. Mix nonfat greek yogurt and 1/2 scoop protein powder together in a separate bowl. Add this yogurt mixture to the top of oats. You can eat cold or warm in microwave for another 2 minutes:)
