Peaches and Cream Protein Oatmeal


This is yet another “PROAT” recipe. I would like to try as many flavor combos as possible…and this morning was peaches and cream!

  • Cook the oats with water in the microwave for 3 1/2 minutes.

  • While the oats are cooking, make the frosting by mixing all frosting ingredients together in a bowl. Make sure to mix well with a spoon or blend with a hand mixer.

  • Pull oats out of the microwave and add protein powder and almond milk and mix well.

  • Put frosting mixture into a small baggie and squeeze on top of the oats. Slice up 1/2-3/4 peach or nectarine and add to the top of oatmeal.

  • OOOOORRRRRR…you can just mix it all together from the get go and make it simple! It will tast just as good either way:)

  • Eat right away or microwave for another minute if you prefer your proats warm:)
