Healthy Tuna Melts

Ingredients
9 oz canned white tuna
1 tbsp light honey mustard
3 tbsp low fat mayo Hellmann's
1 large tomato
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tbsp parkay spray butter
3 FOLD-ITS (FLATOUTS) light original
To be honest, canned tuna makes me want to hurl!lol My boyfriend, on the other hand, loves it. I had to whip up something quick for him to eat and I searched the pantry only to find a large can of tuna:( I decided to just suck it up and try to create something yummy…even though I wasn’t so sure I would even touch it!lol He was a huge fan and said I needed to make it again SOON! I am just so excited…I can’t stand it!:(
Gather all ingredients and preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Dice up the celery to your size liking. Slice up tomatoes into thin circular slices or dice up if you would rather sprinkle on top.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl (except for the flatout FOLD-ITS and mozzarella cheese).
Spray a cookie sheet with pam and cut each FOLD IT in half. Place the FOLD-ITS on the sheet and spray with a little spray butter.
Top each FOLD-IT with a little tuna mixture, then a tomato slice, then a little more tuna mixture. Top this with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
If you prefer the diced tomato option, sprinkle diced tomato in place of the tomato slice.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown on 375 degrees.
