Healthy Sweet Cinnamon Nuts

Who doesn’t love a healthy snack that satisfies the sweet tooth as well? I created this recipe for healthy sweet cinnamon nuts because I wanted a healthier option to all of the amazing praline nut recipes out there. I can not tell you how many people love this recipe over all unhealthy recipes out there. I make these healthy nuts for people over the holidays, and it is always a crowd pleaser! I highly recommend trying this recipe for yourself and your family. This is a perfect snack for an on the go lifestyle.
Gather all ingredients, a large bowl, and measuring cups. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
First beat egg white with fork or whisk for a minute until frothy (in a large bowl). Beat in vanilla.
Pour in the nuts and mix around until well coated. Pour in stevia, cinnamon, salt, spray butter, and spice and mix for a minute or two until well coated.
Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and pour the nuts onto the cookie sheet. Spread the nuts out evenly. Bake on 250 degrees for 45 minutes stirring after 25 minutes. Bake until the nuts are not wet and is golden brown. Let sit for 10 minutes before eating and store in sealed container.
YIELDS 24 SERVINGS:
-6 cups raw unsalted nuts of choice (almonds/pecans/walnuts/cashews)
-3 large egg whites (or liquid egg white equivalent)
-2 cups stevia in the raw powder
-2 tbsp. vanilla extract
-2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
-2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
-1 tsp pink salt
Topper (sprinkle right after removing from oven):
-Mixture of 4 tbsp. Stevia and 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon (or more to taste)
-1/2 tsp pink salt
