Healthy-Creamy Balsamic Dressing and Marinade

Hey all! If you are anything like me, you eat salad pretty much every day. It is close to impossible to find a good tasting dressing that isn’t loaded with fat or sugar. If it is fat free, there is added sugar, If it is sugar free, there is added fat. You just can’t win!
Because of this, it has been a lifelong passion for me to make my own healthy salad dressings and I am currently working on a recipe to patent. Fingers crossed!! Although I can not reveal my signature recipe, I have posted one I created from a store bought honey dijon.
Mix all ingredients together in a large container and you are good to go for the week :)
1/2 Cup Light Honey Mustard Dressing (Kens)
1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
4 tbsp stevia in the raw powder
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp garlic salt
1 tsp (or more) red pepper flakes
