2 small cucumbers chopped up
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp water
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt more to taste
5 tsp stevia in the raw powder
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional for heat
Clean and trim ends off of the cucumbers.
Dice cucumbers up into small pieces. Place in a large bowl along with all other ingredients. Stir well and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving. Keep left-overs in a sealed container for 2 days max.
