Crock Pot Chicken and Vegetable Soup


Ingredients

Winter is coming and there is nothing better than a big warm bowl of soup on a cold day! I live a crazy busy life, so crock pot recipes are definitely right up my alley. This chicken soup recipe is literally one of the easiest recipes I have and you can even prep for this meal in under 5 minutes! If you like comfort food and crock pot meals, you should give this one a try!

  • Trim the fat off of the chicken breasts.

  • Cut up the carrots and celery into small bite-sized pieces.

  • Place everything besides the green beans (if frozen) into the crock pot. Stir the ingredients and let cook on low for 8-12 hours with the lid on.

  • After 8-12 hrs, chop or shred up the chicken to your liking using a large spoon or spatula.

  • Place frozen green beans into the pot at least 10 minutes before you are ready to serve. Place fresh green beans in from the beginning.

  • Stir soup well, serve, and enjoy!
