Winter is coming and there is nothing better than a big warm bowl of soup on a cold day! I live a crazy busy life, so crock pot recipes are definitely right up my alley. This chicken soup recipe is literally one of the easiest recipes I have and you can even prep for this meal in under 5 minutes! If you like comfort food and crock pot meals, you should give this one a try!
Trim the fat off of the chicken breasts.
Cut up the carrots and celery into small bite-sized pieces.
Place everything besides the green beans (if frozen) into the crock pot. Stir the ingredients and let cook on low for 8-12 hours with the lid on.
After 8-12 hrs, chop or shred up the chicken to your liking using a large spoon or spatula.
Place frozen green beans into the pot at least 10 minutes before you are ready to serve. Place fresh green beans in from the beginning.
Stir soup well, serve, and enjoy!
