Ingredients

• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder low sugar (raw if possible)

• 1/3 cup almond milk unsweetened vanilla

• 1 1/2 cup ice crushed or cubed

• 1 1/2 tbsp Stevia in the raw

• 3/4 cup blueberries

• 1/4 cup plain non-fat greek yogurt

• 1 tbsp lemon juice
