Blueberry Cheesecake Protein Oatmeal
IngredientsMain Ingredients
1/2 cups oats rolled oats or 10 grain
1 cup water
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop Vanilla whey protein powder low sugar/carb
1/3 cup blueberries fresh
Frosting Ingredients
2 tbsp whipped greek cream cheese
2 tbsp Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt Dannon Oikos
1 tbsp stevia in the raw powder
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
Like I promised, I have added another flavor of “PROATS” or protein oatmeal to the “free membership.” All of these recipes typically take no more than 10 minutes to make…so lets get to it!
Cook the oats (either 10 grain or rolled oats) with water in the microwave for 3 1/2 minutes.
While the oats are cooking, make the “cheescake frosting.” Mix all frosting ingredients together in a bowl and blend well.
Take the oats out of the microwave and mix almond milk and protein powder into the same bowl. Stir until well combined.
Put the frosting mixture into a small baggie and cut off the corner edge with scissors.
Squeeze frosting on the top of oats and sprinkle blueberries over frosting.
Really, it does not matter what it looks like because it will taste delicious either way. Feel free to just mix it all together and skip the “pretty presentation” step!
You can eat right away, or microwave for another minute if you prefer your “proats” warm. ENJOY:)
