Blueberry Cheesecake Protein Oatmeal

Like I promised, I have added another flavor of “PROATS” or protein oatmeal to the “free membership.” All of these recipes typically take no more than 10 minutes to make…so lets get to it!

  • Cook the oats (either 10 grain or rolled oats) with water in the microwave for 3 1/2 minutes.

  • While the oats are cooking, make the “cheescake frosting.” Mix all frosting ingredients together in a bowl and blend well.

  • Take the oats out of the microwave and mix almond milk and protein powder into the same bowl.  Stir until well combined.

  • Put the frosting mixture into a small baggie and cut off the corner edge with scissors.

  • Squeeze frosting on the top of oats and sprinkle blueberries over frosting.

  • Really, it does not matter what it looks like because it will taste delicious either way. Feel free to just mix it all together and skip the “pretty presentation” step!

  • You can eat right away, or microwave for another minute if you prefer your “proats” warm. ENJOY:)
