Berry Lemonade Popsicles


Ingredients

I can not let the summer end without giving you all my absolute favorite low glycemic popsicle recipe. This is such a quick and fool-proof recipe…even my man at home can make them! lol This is such a yummy snack to have after lunch, dinner, before bed…basically ANYTIME you want!

  • Clean and trim strawberries and blackberries and put them in a blender. Add 2 packets of True Lemon lemonade.

  • Add stevia in the raw powder and squeeze fresh lemon juice into the blender as well.

  • Blend the ingredients until well combined.

  • Carefully pour the mixture into the popsicle spaces, leaving a little space at the top for the handle/top. Push handles into the spaces.

  • Freeze for at least 3 hours and take out of the freezer when ready to eat. Hold the bottom of the popsicle container under warm running water for at least 15 seconds until the handle slides out. Put the rest of the popsicles in the freezer until ready to eat. ENJOY!!!!!
